Calendar
Upcoming events worth attending — DOD's own (announced via the blog) plus organisations we track that have a public calendar feed (ics_feed:) or a manually confirmed upcoming event (events:). Subscribe to get new events automatically as they're added.
Election dates are here too — federal, state and local polling days across Australia, plus a selection of major elections elsewhere. They're the one kind of entry with no organisation behind it, so they get a violet card and a 🗳️ badge, and there's an elections-only feed if that's all you want in your calendar. Where a date isn't settled yet the card says so: expected date (set by a fixed-term rule but not formally called), due by this date (the last day it can lawfully be held), or day not yet set (only the month is published). Listing an election is a statement about the date, not about the election.
This is a future-facing calendar of things to attend, not a historical record — see an organisation's own page for its history.
