Civil Network OPORA
Civil Network OPORA is Ukraine's primary independent election observation and civic oversight organisation, founded in 2006. It conducts comprehensive long-term and short-term election observation for presidential, parliamentary, and local elections, and publishes detailed analytical reports on each electoral cycle.
OPORA co-founded the European Platform for Democratic Elections (EPDE) in 2012, a network of Eastern European and Eurasian election observation organisations. Alongside election monitoring, OPORA conducts parliamentary activity analysis and advocacy for electoral reforms aligned with international democratic standards.
